Unjustified Justice

I have a friend that is 16 but she is facing capital murder chargers. 30 years 2 life. I feel like it's a bit over rated. She didn't commit the murder but she is being charged with it. I don't understand how that works. I dont think it's right to her or her family. 

Do you think someone that did't commit the murder be charged with it.?

my ideal for is success is someone who plan to make a goal make it and get somewhere big thru that goal...meaning: to make a plan and make it all the way thru the plan.!

My goals for 2012 is to graduate and get a job.. I want to start college in the fall and stay on campus.
